this whole episode, season, series is great, but even if the “women rule, dirtbag” line was the ONLY enduring thing about roseanne it would be worth it.

for days i’ve been thinking, though it’s at best irreverent and at worst tasteless, that i’d die in a police confrontation with you, huddled in a shot-up car we stole, killing each other so the police couldn’t kill us first. i miss you that much. after all, didn’t we kind of kill each other, so that mom and dad couldn’t?
